Tim Lewis is 35 years old and lives in Burnt Prairie, Illinois with his wife Alisha and two children : Abby 9 yrs old and Ryan 6 yrs old...

Tim runs the #121 modified with a dirtworks chassi and a ford engine..
His car number : when his dad raced he used the #21...Tim added a #1 to it.

Tim claims Clay County Speedway as his hometrack.. His favorite track to run is Tri City Raceway in Granite City, Illinois...

He started racing at age 18 in the bomber division and went into a modified ten years ago...

His inspiration to start racing came from his father..

The driver he most admires: his dad TIM LEWIS

He says that EVERETT BRADHAM has been his toughest competitor..

To be a good driver he feels you need to NOT run over people...

HIs goal in racing is just to have fun....

Racing HIghlight for Tim is being with his family and friends at the race track...

When asked which he liked..high or low groove Tim said it didn't make a difference to him as long as there was a groove...
He likes to race a dry slick track....

I watched you at Mt Vernon when you raced the #1 and your brother the #2... when I heard them announce where you lived 'BURNT PRAIRIE" I thought they had to have made a mistake... never ever heard of that town.... lol.....
Goodluck in season 2009 and maybe sometime in the near future I will catch those kids of your racing....
