He started his racing career at age 21 in the bomber division and started racing in the modified division six years ago...... he also ran a late model for a time.... Joe has been racing for 25 years...


I am sorry to say I never got to meet Joe... he was at the drivers meeting when I got to his pit area... his son and wife gave me the info the I collected... I was hoping to catch him later in the day but didn't..... Hoping to catch him again soon...
