He runs the #HC1 modified with a Hassy Chassi and a Billy Lloyd Racing Engine..
Reason behind the number..........it is the Hassy Chassi housecar...
Kenny claims Ohio Valley Speedway as his hometrack but his favorite to run is KC Speedway...
Kenny told me he started his racing career at age 15 in semi late models...
He went into a modified in year 2000...
When asked what had inspired him to start racing he told me it was a family tradition...He said that his dad Gene Johnson had raced and he had been around it since a kid...
The driver that he most admires: DALE EARNHARDT, SR..
The driver that he deems his toughest competitor: JEREMY BERWANGER IN AMRA
To be a good driver Kenny feels you need to have the "WILL TO WIN'....AND the desire...
His goal in racing is to win every race he enters...
When asked if there was anything in racing he felt needed changed.... He said the cost...
Racing Highlights that stand out for him was being the 2008 AMRA National Champion and the AMRA Road Warrior Champ....
He likes to race the high groove on a tacky track....
