Bret Tripplett is 23 years old and lives in Lincoln, Illinois... He is single...

He runs the #7x sprint with a Chalk chassi and a J & D Performance Engine................

He considers Jacksonville to be his hometrack and also his favorite to run........................

Bret told me he started his racing career at age 6 in quarter midgets... He has been in a sprint since 2004...

I asked him what had inspired him to start racing.... He told me that his dad brought home a car when he was six and he has been racing ever since...

Driver that he most admires is TONY STEWART

Driver he feels is his toughest competitor... He told me "all of them"...

He thinks to be a good driver you need to be consistent...

Anything in racing he felt needed changing............he like so many others say the needs to be better...

A highlight for Bret was the first time that he won a feature race in his sprint car....

When asked where he liked to run... high groove or low he told me he will run where it takes to be fast... He does like a tacky track ....
