Kyle Krockenberger is 17 years old and lives in Terre Haute, Indiana....

Kyle runs the #7k sprint with a J & J chassi and a Krockenberger Custom engine..
The reason for the #7 is because it the lucky 7 / 11/ 21 ...number...

He considers Terre Haute Action Track his home track as well as his favorite track to run..

Kyle told me he started racing at the age of 9 in go carts....
Said this was his second season in a sprint..

I asked him what had inspired him to start racing... He told me his whole family was in racing... Said his dad Darin, his Uncle Shawn and his Uncle Eric all raced..

To be a good driver Kyle said you have to be able to listen to the advice given to you........and you need to get all the advice you can...

The driver that he most admires is DALE EARNHARDT, SR.

The driver he feels is his toughest competitor SHAWN KROCKENBERGER, his Uncle..

Kyle's goal in racing is just to finish all the races and to tear up the least as you can...

A racing highlight for him was winning a heat...

He likes to race the high groove on a tacky track...

Crew Chief is his step dad JEFF CUNDIFF

Team members are his dad Darin, his Uncle Eric and his Uncle Shawn..
