Michael Donley,Jr is 22 years old and lives in Charleston, Illinois with his wife Hillary and daughter Kayla...
He runs the #78 street stock with a TCA chassi and a 377 engine..
The reason behind the #78......it is the year of the car...
Michael claims Charleston as his hometrack and also his favorite track to run...
He started his racing career at age 14 in the street stock division..
Michael told me his dad use to race and that is what inspired him to start racing.....
The driver he most admires: DALE EARNHARDT, SR
The driver he deems his toughtest competitor: NICK MILLER
Michael says to be a good driver you have to have "patience"...
When asked what his goal in racing is.......he told me it was just to try and have fun and win some races doing it....
Michael feels that the cost of racing is a real concern.....it needs to be controlled...
A racing highlight for him was getting his first win...
Michael likes racing the high groove on a dry slick track..
His Crew Chief is his dad Mike Sr.
His Crew consists of him and his dad...
