Ashlee Lancaster is 19 years old and lives in Columbia, Missouri...
She runs the #16 crate late model with a CJ Rayburn chassi and a 602 crate engine..
Her #16 on her car stands for the age that she was when she first started racing...

Ashlee claims Fulton, Missouri as her hometrack and her favorite place to run is Lake Ozark, Missouri...

I asked Ashlee what inspired her to start racing and she told me that she had grown up around it... She said that her dad was always helping other drivers with their cars...

Ashlee started racing in the hornet division at age 16 and went into the crate division last year..

The driver that she most admires is: DALE EARNHARDT , JR
The driver she feels is her toughest competitior is Darin Walker..

When I asked her what she thought it took to be a good driver she told me 'PATIENCE"....

Her goal in racing is to one day race with the World of Outlaws...

A racing highlight for her so far is winning a heat race...

Ashlee likes to run the high groove on a tacky track..

Her dad, Kenny Lancaster, is her Crew Chief and Team Members are her mom, Dawn, her dad Kenny, and her dads friend L-rod..

She wanted to give a big thanks out to her mom and dad for all their support...

Ashlee .. I always like finding the ladies in the racing world to interview... there are not a lot...
