CLAY COUNTY SPEEDWAY
HOOSIER MIDWEST SPRINT CAR SERIES
SEPTEMBER 6, 2008
Jesse Cramer is 26 years old and lives in Spencer, Indiana with his wife Sabrina and son Chase.
Jesse runs the #12t sprint with a Eagle chassi and a 410 engine
He considers his hometrack Bloomington Speedway and also his favorite track to run...
Jesse started racing go carts at age 8 and then went into modifieds and as of last year (2007) started racing in the sprint division.
He said the reason he was inspired to start racing............his mom Tina...
When I asked what driver he most admired... He told me "all of them"....
Drivers he deems his toughest competitors are Brady Short and Jeffrey Bland..
To be a good driver Jesse feels you need to be consistent and you need to have patience...
His goal in racing is to race as long as he can...
A racing highlight for him so far is being able to say that he has made the nightly shows every week except for a couple which was due to mechanical issues...
Jesse likes to run the middle on a dry slick track....
Crew Chief is Jeff
Crew Members include his wife Sabrina and his son Chase......
***and this is no joke... I have a picture of Sabrina with a drill in her hand working on the car.... and this weekend I got a picture of Chase in the tool box... He has some great help !!!!
He wanted to give a big thanks out to his sponsors and to his wife Sabrina for all her support...
Jesse Jesse Jesse......... I miss seeing you in that modified......
When I asked Jesse if he missed the modified he told me no.... He said when he was running modified he was in the shop every night working on it.... He said with the sprint he is in the shop twice a week.... a lot less upkeep on them...
I am so glad that I got to see all of you again... has been a long time.. was the main reason I went to Flora ... If you had not been there I would have been very disappointed...
I have to say you looked good out there.. hope to catch you again sometime..
