Chuck runs the #360 Dodge in the hornet division with a 2.5 engine..
The #360 was his dad's number when he raced...
He considers Clay County his hometrack and also his favorite to run...
Chuck started his racing career at age nineteen racing 3 wheelers and 4 wheelers..
He started racing hornets two years ago at Wayne County Speedway..
He got his inspiration to start racing from being around it with his dad Chuck who raced..
The driver that Chuck most admires is his father...
The driver he deems his toughest competitor was Mike Mandrell who has recently retired....
Chuck told me he feels to be a good driver you need to be consistent and race on a good track like Clay County....
His goal in racing is to win a feature.......and he would have liked to have had the chance to beat Mike Mandrell...
When I asked Chuck if there was anything in racing he feels needs to be changed he said that he feels the black flag needs to be used more.....
Chuck likes to race the middle groove on a tacky track....
His Crew Chief is his dad Chuck Sr.
