I finally got to meet Sean Franklin..!!! Sean is 34 years old and his finance is Melissa...
Sean lives in DuQuion, Illinois
I asked Sean if he had ever raced and how he had got involved in the racing scene... He told me that he had been around racing all his life.... He told me that his grandfather, Wally Horton raced at Mt. Vernon and Benton Illinois in the old "coop's"....... Sean is going to share some pictures with us soon...
He said that his father Carroll also drag raced and did bracket racing.....
Sean told me that he had started out helping with the fast trak crate late models in 2005 down south and then started up the C.A.R.S series..
He told me he wanted to tell everyone who has helped support him with his venture that he really appreciates it............
Sean... so nice meeting you... I am hoping that all will go well with your bid for running Fayette County... I think it would be a big plus for you... if not this year...next season....
