Danielle Lisa Anderson, 17, of Noble, died at 7:14 a.m. Sunday, October 15, 2006, in rural Noble.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Minister Marvin Leighty officiating. Burial will be in Noble Cemetery.

Miss Anderson was born on November 7, 1988, in Olney, the daughter of Gregory Anderson and Laura (Kimpling) Bradham. She was a senior at West Richland High School.

She was a member of First Christian Church of Noble. She was baptized August 1988. She was a member of Spanish Club, Business Club, FCCLA and Science Club and was the Editor of the Yearbook during her junior year. She was planning to enter military service in the United States Navy through the Delayed Entry Program.

Miss Anderson is survived by her mother, Laura Bradham and her husband, Everett, of Noble; father, Greg Anderson, of Olney; two brothers, Jacob Anderson, of Goose Creek, S.C., and Evan Bradham, at home; paternal grandmother, Blanche Anderson, of Olney; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Hasler, of Olney; stepgrandparents, Farrell and Anetta Bradham, of Olney; and stepgrandmother, Tricia Kimpling, of Sanford, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Leon Anderson; maternal grandfather, Ivan Kimpling; and maternal stepgrandfather, Walter Hasler.

Accident Takes Life Of West Richland Senior

A Noble woman who was a senior at West Richland High School died in a one-vehicle accident early Sunday. According to the Illinois State Police report, the wreck occurred at approximately 6:44 a.m. Sunday at County Road 900 East, approximately one and a half miles west of Noble.

The report stated that Danielle L. Anderson, 17, Noble, driving a 1995 Ford, was westbound on County Road 900 East when she ran off the left side of the roadway. She overcorrected, lost control of the vehicle, and again ran off the left side of the roadway and into a ditch. The vehicle overturned and Anderson was ejected. She was pronounced dead at the scene. She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the report. An investigation is continuing.
