I remember watching this guy win the Fall Nationals at Eldora last year..... was great to be able to get an interview with him..
Jeep runs the #55 Late Model with a Bloomquist Chassis and a ProPower n Cornett Motor.
He is 29 yrs old and is from Pinconning, Michigan..
I asked him what had inspired him to start racing ...He told me that he had got out of Motorcrossing and thought it was the thing to do... started at the age of 20 in a street stock..then went to a modified and went to a Late Model around 98/99..
I asked him if there had been anyone who had influenced him in his career and he told me that Scott Bloomquist had.
He told me that it took a lot of patience and being consistent to make a good driver and being smooth..
I asked him what his long term goal was and he told me that it was to still be in the sport when it gets to the next level..
He said his toughest competitor was Scott Bloomquist..
When asked if he would change anything he told me no...he said he was satisfied with what he has accomplished so far.
He told me that his most memorable event thus far was winning the SUNOCO Event at Eldora last year..
A couple of his accomplishments was winning the Fall Nationals and getting a win in the Summer Nationals..
When I asked him if there was anyone he would like to thank he told me immediately GOD .... and his mom Carol, Jerry and his family and Angie.
