Zack Fair is 23 years old and single... he lives in Petersburg, Indiana...
He runs the #95 modified with a Diamond Chassi and a Paul Weber Engine..
The number he runs is the same that his dad Jerold ran when he raced....
He claims no track as his hometrack... he says he likes to travel around... he does say that Clay County is one of his favorite to run...
He started racing go carts in 1992 and then went into the mini sprints...raced them for a couple of years and then went into the modified division at age 15..
He said that his grandpa Al got him started in racing...
The driver he most admires is SCOTT BLOOMQUIST
When I asked him who his toughest competitor had been he told me that everyone these days... said they are all tough...
To be a good driver he says you need to have patience....you have to be dedicated....takes a lot of hours in the shop....
His goal in racing to to win the UMP Championship...
Anything in racing he feels needs changed.... "the payouts"....
A highlight for Zack was winning a race at Haubstadt two years ago...
Racing the high groove or the low groove.....Zack said he raced wherever he got the most traction from... .. He does like to race a dry slick track...
