He runs the #24 crate late model with a Rocket Chassi and a 602 engine...
He told me the reason for the #24 on his car..... he is a Jeff Gordon fan...
He claims Kamp as his hometrack and also his favorite track to run...
He told me he started his racing career at the age of nine in go carts...
He started racing crate late models last year at age fourteen....
I asked what had inspired him to start racing.... He told me his dad....
The driver Justin most admires is SCOTT BLOOMQUIST
To be a good driver he feels you need to have consistency...
His goal in racing is to be the best he can in the late model division and hopefully work his way into the Nascar scene.....
Justin says his toughest competitor has been his best friend AUSTIN LONG....
A Highlight for him was when he won the "Rumble " in Fort Wayne, Indiana...
He likes to race the low groove on a tacky track...
His Crew Chief is his dad Kevin Sondgeroth
